The tournament will be run for the following age groups:
Under 7, 8, 9 Morning start 9:00am (teams to be registered by 8:30)
Under 10, 11, 12 Afternoon start 14:00pm (teams to be registered by 13:30)
The age groups will be as for the 2018/2019 season.
Each team will be allowed a maximum of 10 registered players.
All teams must be affiliated with the KCFA.
For U7/U8 the competition will follow 5-a-side mini soccer rules. (Refer to match rules). All matches will be competitive and the winners determined via league/knock-out system.
For all other age groups the competition will follow 6-a-side mini soccer rules. (Refer to match rules). All matches will be competitive and the winners determined via league/knock-out system.
There are a limited number of places available and will only be available on a first come – first served basis. Any extra applicants will be placed on a reserve list. Clubs are restricted to entering one team per age group. Successful entrants will be informed via email along with further details of the competition.
Entries are to be made on the attached booking form. The cost per team is £35.
Please note that fees will not be refunded if a team cancels or if we cancel due to adverse weather conditions.
Please remind everyone attending that there will be a parking fee of £2 to avoid confusion on arrival.
